Blooming Lovely

Very glad to find that the peonies have not all gone by the time we got back from our holiday and this pink one is bursting out all over and smelling divine in the warm sunshine of today.

Feeling rather sorry for myself, as I am suffering from extreme pain in my arthritic hip, possibly caused by too much sitting in the car during our wet week away, so have made an appointment with the GP to ask about a referral to a physiotherapist in the hope that it might help.  Why is it so much worse at night?  I'm not getting much sleep and neither is poor TJ as I toss and turn all night:-)  Getting old is no fun!
