A visit to the allotment late morning was a bit mad dogs and Englishmen. We came away after 1 with the temperature over 30 degrees.
The Somerset branch of the family broke their journey with the other grandparents in Birmingham. A hot day for a long drive.
Her mum is now trying to get her settled for sleep before we eat and I think we will be eating outside too.
