MonoMonday:silly mistake.Nevis Road

Sometime ago, not long after I met Marie we went for a drive to Bannockburn. I took a short cut over the Nevis Rd, which is a 4wd Rd not really designed for cars but if you are careful enough you can drive a car over this rd. The issue I had was the clutch slave cylinder kept coming off, I made a silly mistake of putting back on before it had cooled enough causing severe burns to my left thumb. The skin around the burned area goes very hard and cracks open and looks like the Grand Canyon. Painful and tender. Tonight it has been 48 hours since Blipfriend hpx gave me a small sample of Bee Balm to try and my thumb is about 75% better than it was. BTW MrsPuff reminds me of this on a regular basis even though it happened 16 or 17 years ago.
