Sesame & ginger chicken stirfry
It's been ages since I've made a stirfry and I was really pleased with how it turned out. The vegies stayed crisp and the chicken was lovely and tender.
Stirfries were the first dish I learned to cook (sort of) when I moved out of home at 18. I was determined that it was the only dish I needed to master and that, along with my trusty rice cooker, it would keep me well fed.
I'm pleased that my repertoire has broadened somewhat since then!
