Bird on the wire

Not sure what this is - a young thrush maybe? Was trying to photograph our robin, but every time I stepped out the backdoor he flew away!
Rather miserable kind of day here, but am going to don my boots and waterproofs and head out for a walk. Hope your weather is better.
