"The Great Get Together"

Our street took part in the national "Great Get Together" - this year it was dedicated to Jo Cox MP.

It was a great afternoon. I was busy in the drinks tent, serving yet another couple of hundred Pimms.

Having chopped a zillion strawberries, cucumbers and oranges, torn a bi-zillion mint leaves over the last 2 days, I think I might avoid Pimms for a little while. My children are complaining about the smell of mint in our fridge. :(
