A glass of summer!

Apparently it was a sweltering day, but I was lovely and cool in the static centre. We worked in PG today and it was an okay kinda day. Sabine, one of the nurses came in to donate and she bought us all Magnum ice lollies at lunchtime...a welcome little treat. 

Jennifer invited me round for a couple of glasses of wine in the late afternoon sunshine, a lovely way to relax after work. I've just watered all my pots and cut the first three sweet peas that have flowered...they are a gorgeously perfumed raspberry ripple colour. I must remember not to wear a strapless sundress when reaching up to water a hanging basket...eek!
