It's hot!

We have sat under the shade of a tree and relaxed a lot today which is just what we needed. Late afternoon we had a fantastic swim in the lovely campsite pool (choice of 3!) It was not heated but a perfect temperature to cool us down and enjoy a fairly long swim. I decided not to do a meal tonight and we ate at the camp restaurant. Excellent 3 course meal for £18. A walk along the river and around the site in the slightly cooler evening was good. We sat by the river and a dog who had been swimming decided to shake himself behind us. We were soaked. There is a garden area where we can pick fruit and herbs if we wish....lovely thought. It's 9.15 and still 31 degrees! Phew!
