Fitsteps.......

with Natalie and Ian.  This afternoon I did a workshop with these two and it was unbelievably hot but they made it fun and I survived.  This is the best shot I got.  There was a long queue for individual photos afterwards and then there was to be a fifteen minute break before they did a couple of show dances for us..... it was so hot that my friend and I decided to call it a day at 5.30 and I came home and had a cold shower.... I would love to do another one but not in 30 degrees!!
