Crab and Rocket Sandwiches

Today was a Mensa meeting day in Waterstones café in Bishop’s Stortford, so prior to meeting with the other members, we went to have lunch in our favourite Café Thyme.

Today’s picture is of my gluten-free crab and rocket sandwiches with salad garnish. They reminded me of the crabs that as a child, we had at the seaside, with my Dad dressing the crab while my Mum and I, using toffee hammers clean the claws. Today these were delicious and I hope they will be on the menu next time I visit.
