A gathering of Redfearns

I went to an elderly relative's funeral today.

My aunt, who lives in S. Africa, asked me to take some photos and to find out some family history. A distant cousin had been tracing the family tree and he told me about the Redfearn family website.

Later on, at my brother's house, we looked up the website and clicked on the photo gallery. There was a group photo taken in about 1927. In the centre of the group was a young boy. My brother commented that this boy bore a strong resemblance to his son, aged 14. We then realised that the 'boy' in the picture was my dad, aged about 7!

Investigating the website further we found detailed information about the family, including my brother and myself and even my eldest daughter (photoJENic)! - spooky!!

Are there any other Redfearns out there? We may be related!
