Off On An Adventure!

Dolly reporting again today!

Mum unexpectedly had the weekend off and so she said it was time to go on another adventure in Alfie the campervan! Yay! I'm always up for an adventure!

She had a few things to do this morning and we had a couple of unexpected visits from friends but we finally left awhile after lunch. We went to Wiltshire to a campsite that was right next door to Longleat Safari Park. Mum said we weren't actually going to see the animals as they don't allow poodles in the park! (Stupid Rules!), but apparently there was a good chance we'd HEAR them roar from where we'd be! Exciting!

We're staying in a lovely big campsite, and we found a perfect pitch under the trees and near the dog walk. We've already made friends with the neighbours who are just trying out THEIR new campervan, so we don't feel completely like novices anymore! Our friends R&V live nearby and they joined us for drinks this evening. It's a lot colder than expected so we were wrapped up in layers. But otherwise a perfect evening!
