I'm sure you have, at some point tried not to step on the lines between paving slabs for ear of bringing bad luck upon yourself. I was doing the same in Glasgow when I just came upon this.

If you look beyond the humour and disgust, though, This good Samaritan on her way home from the shops took the time and trouble to help the guy who was not feeling well, while he was being avoided by other passers-by.

He was OK after a while, and went on his way.
