Sunbird.....

Beautiful warm sunny day - did some house chores this morning  and then spent the afternoon out walking - it was so lovely to be able to walk and the pain in my back is improving today - as are the bruises - now they are turning yellow!! When I got home the yard was teeming with sunbirds and mousebirds...most of them to quick for me but I persevered and got this beautifully coloured sunbird!
