On the trail

I did go into the bush today and we all went for a looong walk - and I can tell you I had a wonderful time.  I've never been on a trail in the bush before, and it smelt great, and it was soft under foot and there were trees and bushes, and oh gosh, I wish you could have been there.

I ran so much that when we did get back to the car, I curled up on her lap and went fast asleep, and I didn't wake up until we got home.


I've been thinking (on account of I am a thoughtful dog).

I hear HIM say to HER that I was meant for THEM.  Well if that's the case, I reckon THEY were meant for me.
