As coach for this weekend I am very pleased with these swimmers! All races pretty well and entertained my highly!

One scenario that I'd like to remember is this. A young swimmer who's 9 yrs old (ish) was flicking through the programme to find which heat she'd be in. "It doesn't get any better. Heat one, heat one, heat one." Apparently she's only ever been in heat three or four maybe twice in her life so she was highly upset to be in heat one again!
