I have been doing paperwork to meet funder requirements today rather than helping people. It makes me bad-tempered. I do not want the funders to pay me to do stuff simply to prove that I am doing what I should be doing. Except of course I'm not doing what I should be doing, I'm filling in boxes and signing things.
