A short cycle with friends across the ferry and around Hawkshead and Wray Castle, followed by sharing afternoon tea at a very smart hotel near Bowness. Here Mr P is trying out a friend's electric mountain bike; he was very impressed with both the eco setting and the boost (and he stopped in time at the edge of the lake).
