Slide Into The Weekend

My Dear Fellow,

A long, waffly meeting that ran on past its end time cannot dampen my mood. It is the weekend. And anyway, I've had quite a fun day just farting about.

I've even been productive. People seem pleased with what I do. Although it is probably as well that they don't know I spent a large part of my day amusing myself by drawing cartoon animals.

And on my way home, a heron by the Water of Leith. I remember seeing one in the exact same spot about 20 years ago. It's good to know these little guys are still around.
