Blood Donor

Actually, I believe NHS Staff generally refer to us bikers as "organ donors", but it was just blood today... I am registered as an organ donor, in fact, but I'm not quite ready to pass them over. Hey! That's nearly an armful you know.

Busy morning, with a huge turnout from the village in opposition to even more new housing, as the county council planning sub committee made a site visit. It's alway easy to throw the term NIMBY at any opposition to housing, but in this case it's wholly about inadequate infrastructure and a hazardous junction near a playground. And a blind bend. And a hump back railway bridge. And speeding traffic... all in all, I hope they've listened well.

And after all that I need to start checking the camper van over for a wee jaunt next week... But maybe I'll play the post-donation dizziness card and sit out in the back garden for a bit. It's lovely and sunny today. :-)
