Party Time

I work in the town I grew up in and to be honest it has seen better days. It's pretty much limped along since the last recession. As I was down in the main precinct today I noticed amongst the chain stores with their "Massive Sales!!!!" and the shops that had gone under an optimistic display in a shop selling party ware. Maybe we do need a bit of colour and optimism though perhaps one of the displays points towards the predicted trend of more "indoor" entertainment.
