At Last

It sure has been a really rough road to get there. These people who have finally settled have been nothing but trouble. Our real estate agent has never experienced anything like it,  ever. John's lawyer wanted to pull the plug as they were hard to deal with. 

This shot isn't great as it was getting dark by the time the real estate agent came to put up the sold sign. And I only took it with my notebook. It doesn't seem real that we can move on now. 

We put in a offer on a deadline sale this week and they accepted our offer. And they will work in with us so we can move in on the same day.. July 17. The house is a older one. It is lovely and warm with full sun as it is corner section. Two bedrooms with a double garage and some land. Even has a cat door! We are having a building inspection tomorrow. Hopfully it will be OK.
