Ice Plant in the Morning

Ice plant may be non-native and invasive, but it sure makes a pretty reflection in the tide pools. Lots of little projects got done around the house today--what a thrill to be able to cross things off a long-standing list. I'm most excited about my new poetry box, now mounted on the front fence. It's my third try; the others got vandalized and damaged by the storms. I'll post an image after I've finished painting it. I'll have to read more poetry if I'm going to put it out there to share. I may have to enlist some blip help on this one!
