Wings!!

A morning of chores and emails, followed by another Thai massage. Certainly more painful than the last one. I think I might wait a bit longer until I go again. My shoulders feel like they are sunburnt - very tender.

In the afternoon I picked up one of the charges for another walk home through the Botanics before heading home. The rest of the day was spent cooking.

Home, shower, dinner, Handmaid's Tale, bed.
