Baby Squirrel

A new visitor to our deck, a baby Eastern Gray Squirrel. This little guy kept right on eating when I eased open the sliding door and took some photos with by telephoto lens. Those sunflower seeds were just too yummy to stop and worry about that strange black tube sticking out of the house. I had my foot and leg firmly planted in the opening below my camera to be sure that none of the kitties, who were very interested in the goings on, would find his or her way onto the deck. Here is the baby in large.

Spent much of today cleaning up the place. Tomorrow the duplicate bridge group meets at my house. Should be fun.

Tonight Arvin and I are driving down to meet Dave and Nora in Mount Vernon for dinner and the 3D version of Finding Nemo. I love that movie so the 3D version should be fun.
