young peregrine

Thank you so much for the wonderful response to my peregrine shot yesterday. The light was much better this morning when I went down to my patch but there was very little noise or activity. Perhaps the better weather meant that food was caught early and the peregrines were snoozing out of sight.

I did however get a fly past of one of the young. Having fledged less than 11 days ago just see how good he is looking and flying. In extra is the adult male startling a pigeon as he lands.
