A lot of the day I have been unable to stop watching that burning building, gives me proper goosebumps. Those poor, poor people.

Apart from that it was a day that working in a shed in the garden was absolutely made for. And the beach after dinner was absolutely one of the best reasons for living in Worthing. Will and I paddled while Rosie bounced through the waves after balls.

Now Daisy has been whisked out to pizza express by her friend, lucky girl, and I need your help. The Bake Off is back at work, I can enter next week and the theme is fruit. Last year I came second on pastry week with SooBs chocolate tart, I need to improve on that, what should we bake??

I had forgotten all about that tart, I need to make it again!!
