Equilibrium restored

I guess it doesn't take much - a bit of blue sky, some late afternoon sun, the peace of Benmore Gardens when nearly everyone has gone home for their tea. This bank of flowers is between the pond and the former formal garden; the pink ones at least come from China and reminded us of a Chinese painting. The scents after the rain were amazing, and the flowering shrubs were alive with bees.
