First rays

Awakened by my bladder around 04:30, I noticed that the dawn sky was looking rather lovely. Not quite red enough for a shepherd's warning - perhaps just a shot across the bows.

In the evening we met up with CanCarrier along with Sands and Sam. Tuesday night now seems to be live music night in the Vaults - this week it was a bit obtrusive (don't really want to have to converse in raised voices). However, we feasted on hand-cut chips and a dram or two.
