Slither

Today was the First time I have seen a snake at the pond. He was quite contentedly sunning himself on the path. All the times I have sat over there in the long grass or crawled around getting photos and I never once thought about snakes being there! Now I will always be thinking of them:(. I cannot believe I used to pick them up when I was young
