up and out early for the race for life 10k. it was windy so going down the beach was fine but coming back was a bit of a battle. it was good though, warm day and beefy and peggy cheered me on with high fives along the way. really chuffed that I raised over my target £505 so far.

we met dawn for lunch after at rye and soda - she was hungover after a school reunion and a very late 4am night! she was on great form though don't know how she manages it, ace to see her.

then home to sit in the garden with a beer.
