Afternoon Sun

A glorious day today which was emphasised by the late afternoon sun pouring through the windows associated with the Passion of Christ in the Sagrada Familia. What an amazingly quirky symbolically rich building! Just too much to take in on one afternoon!

We were off out early this morning negotiating the metro to get us to Placa Catalunya in time to meet up with our guide round the Picasso museum and the Gothic Quarter. Brilliant!

We finished the afternoon off by the sea and have walked a very long way today! I wonder how far we will go tomorrow...
