Community Hospitals

Oxfordshire has 12 Community Hospitals. The plan was that Mum would be transferred to one of these for recuperation. But no beds. She spent three weeks on the ward. In meantime staff changed discharge plan without informing us. Even when I put them right on options in the end she was dumped back at home with a care package. No consultation. No warning.
