escargots.....potato gratin and roasted baby cauli....an easy and delicious dinner....am going back to Lidl to see if there are some snails left from the French week......

manic day again....am getting used to it by now....i cannot believe how many bags already have gone to charity shops & tip....plenty more to go....

yesterday i heard that my gardener committed suicide......i am still shaken by the news....he was such a kind guy...nothing was to much for him....
