Kingdom Hospital

This is my first attempt at a fundamental alteration to a picture. When I applied a negative effect to it the sky looked quite ominous but obviously the actual building looked ridiculous. I set the photo to have 2 layers, deleted the offending part of each picture (the blue sky in the original and the building in the negative) and then merged them back together. Probably there would have been a better way to do it but I think it's worked reasonably well.
