The front room, stripped bare for redecorating

Emptying out the front room proved a mammoth job. Then it all needed cleaning before the painter arrived today to strip the old wallpaper [and the further layer of old wallpaper behind it]. Several more days of work to be done, but fingers crossed things will start returning to normal soon...
