Thai curry

Yay it's Friday!

Tonight I went to abs class after work and I am now really suffering.

I had promised to make Thai curry for dinner, but sister and boyfriend both said 'its ok, we an get takeaway' when they saw the state of me!!

I had promised though and I was determined to make it, so I did. This resulted in a very late but super yummy dinner.
