Riding the Rails

Z and I rode Amtrak back to his Portland home together for the first time. Z had been on a Santa train but never an Amtrak one for this long.  Collage is a mix of us waiting---and a long wait it was because the train was an hour and a half late...a long delay for an under four year old!  Then images of Z in his seat, eating lunch, making silly faces and in the bistro car.....during the long ride I showed him how to operate my little sony so that he took a few of me , some of the scenery and seemed to enjoy learning!  It was a really fun time dispite the long wait for it to begin!
