Letcombe Bassett

We headed over to Letcombe Bassett for their open gardens this afternoon. It's a beautiful village in the Vale of the White Horse where a couple of our friends live.

The weather was very kind to us with mainly sun and the occasional loomy black clouds passing over without incident. They created some dramatic lighting though as seen in the blip! Some of the gardens that were open were down by a stream with lovely woodland paths running along it. Just blissful. All of them were beautiful to look around. A quick stop for tea and cake then back home.

One in the extras, a hare who seemed unaware of my (Chris) presence for a minute or so allowing time to pull out a longer lens for a photo or two.
