The Great Outdoors

Was persuaded by Him Outdoors to join him on a club ride today and jolly nice it was too. 15 of us wheeling along and chatting. I was made very welcome, as the newest member.
Me and Ona then extended the outdoor theme by walking and jogging the longest route yet. Good for the soul.
Lots sorted in my head this weekend, too!
