The eyes/ayes have it

I have been painting and sanding everyday for two weeks after work and at weekends and I'm pretty scunnered with it all. Old high ceilings and endless wooden surfaces are lovely but a pain to decorate. I'm hoping the end result will be worth it.

We put the world to rights today with a good old chat with the neighbours over the garden fence, they couldn't believe the election outcome in Scotland either.

And then on to stonehaven, where Tess devoured the "hot chocolate with the works please" she ordered.

Meanwhile Sam is a total wreck after staying up till 4am at a pals house.

Back to more painting, pfft.
