Recovery walk

It's been a big day out in the hills today.  Hardmoors Trial Marathon - 27miles / 4650ft of ascent.  Happy with my time of just under six hours given my current level of fitness.  No photographs as I was too busy suffering.   Went for a walk on the beach this evening to try and avoid seizing up completely.
