I might have been recording the appearance of these things. Whilst they generally keep this wee un-named road slightly quieter they sometimes encourage sleeping lorries to be parked right up against the other side and are sometimes put down to allow buses full of cruise people through, whereupon cars rat-run rapidly down it.
