Village beds

I took these on my phone as I had no little camera to take to church today.

These are the new flower beds in the centre of the village outside the Post Office. The beds themselves are not new but instead of the usual bedding plants the Parish Council have planted a small tree in each bed and a selection of perennial plants. I think they look good. I suppose time will tell but it's good to think outside the box occasionally.
