…………………Beams


As we left Rough Island, which is adjacent to Rabbit Island, near Richmond, NZ my husband, glancing in the rear vision mirror saw this amazing light filtering through the trees.

Today we enjoyed another perfect day of blue sky and wall to wall sunshine - without a cloud in sight and no wind all day.
 
We spent most of today on Rabbit Island - we walked the circuit along the front beach to the ferry stop opposite the Mapua wharf and returned along the cycle track through pine trees, then we chose to walk the last few hundred metres back to our car on the sandy beach.
