Sun Kissed....

Another brilliant sunny day after a frosty start. I find that walking is quite therapeutic for my lower back pain. It is far better than sitting for even a short time. Thus I took an early walk in the Wither Hills Farm Park. The sun peeped over the hills across the Quail Stream valley to the east and lit up the mosses growing on rocks and green grass bordering parts of the track. Once again there were lots of walkers on the tracks making the most of the sunny weather.
