Buchanan Peaks Sunrise

These are the Buchanan Peaks at sunrise, which was about 8 a.m., so not too early.  The mountain to the right is The Peninsula.  It was a beautiful morning to be out taking photos, I just love it.

After breakfast I went to church, on creche today.  There were 3 little girls, and they played beautifully together. The hymn for today is 'All Things Bright and Beautiful'.

After lunch I had a walk by the lake, but still have to clock up another 2,000 steps.  I'll do that when I get this blip up.

The British Empire Games.  This was the first Empire Games, held in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
