Sharon.  She sits in my office, so I can always see her face.  I know she's never far from me.  When she died, this photo was at her memorial service, next to her ashes.  Her boys had found it among her things and everyone wondered where it was taken.  The family decided this was the photo they wanted to use to represent Sharon and her life at the memorial.  Sharon was my best friend.  We had so much fun together, and we knew the deepest worries of each other.  The boys asked me if I had taken this image and I told them, no, I would have remembered.  At the end of the memorial, the boys gave me this photo, framed just as they had done it.  Later, I found the file.  Indeed, I had taken that photo on one of our Florida spring break trips.  We went out to the beach most nights to watch the sun set and on this night, there she was, turning her face to the sun, head thrown back and laughing like crazy.  Crazy Sharon.  We're not meant to ever get over having a friend like Crazy Sharon.  She was the best and even after nearly 10 years, I still miss her like......Crazy Sharon.
