Nature Reserve management

I've mucked about with this picture a bit to add a bit of drama.

A dozen volunteers spent the day making a start on clearing and disposing of the vast areas of gorse which are threatening to take over this corner of a local nature reserve. Prickly job - I'm still treating the scratches.
