Light and dark

Adequate description of my mental state today.
Was feeling quite low earlier. Took myself out for a lovely long walk this afternoon and swing past the coffee emporium. James made me a very well made drink.
I am tired and my pain is high again. I have got horrible persistent pain in my left hip and abdomen, like I used to have. I feel anxious that it's coming back again.
I gave myself a good talking to before. However, being tired, I have forgotten what I told myself.
Tomorrow is blitzing James's room so we can clean the carpets, then marking some books and then finishing some paperwork.
